Accomplished Executive Leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in procurement and operations, with deep expertise in Aerospace and Defense and a strong track record across multiple industries. Known for delivering strategic, process-driven solutions to complex challenges under demanding timelines through rigorous analysis and planning. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive organizational transformation, and build high-impact teams. Recognized for exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a consistent ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization.

Jennifer holds her B.A. in Criminal Justice from University of California, Chico - 1997 and worked to obtain her M.A. in General Psychology from University of North Dakota - 2019.
